ARTICLE XIII

Districts

SECTION 1. Districts Established
The area served by the Cooperative shall be divided into seven districts for the purpose of electing directors. In July 1992, and thereafter on or before each fifth anniversary of that date, the Board shall set the boundaries of each district.

SECTION 2. Representative on Board
Each district shall be represented on the Board by one director who shall be a resident of that district at the time of his election and during his term of office.
