We have contacted our local telephone company on their Y2K program, and expect system certification by June 30, 1999.

There is no substitution for testing.
 
9. Have you encountered any Y2K telecommunications problem(s) that are particularly difficult to resolve and would like to collaborate with others in resolving? If so, please describe.
Our local telephone company has been sold three times in the last year. This has added a layer of confusion to their Y2K program.
