Customer Service Survey Begins March 18
GVEA has hired National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s (NRECA) Market Research Services to conduct a brief phone survey of GVEA’s members. The confidential survey will be focused on customer service and should only take a few minutes of your time.
- The survey will begin on Monday, March 18. It’s anticipated that the survey will be completed by Friday, March 22.
- The calling times will be from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
The NRECA callers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of GVEA. If requested, a number will be provided if the member would like to verify the legitimacy of the call.
