GVEA is in the process of switching to a new member management system called MyGVEA. Through January 8, we will only be accepting payments by mail or drop box at the Fairbanks and Delta Junction offices.
We apologize for this inconvenience. During this time we will not be assessing late fees and services will not be interrupted for non payment.
This temporary change is essential to ensure the legacy system and new system balance entirely throughout our transition.
We are excited to share the new system and all of its benefits with members on January 9! Members will need to re-register their accounts and re-enroll in Auto Pay when MyGVEA goes live on January 9, 2023.
