  • Complete the Account Maintenance form at www.gvea.com/account-maintenance-form.
  • Email ms@gvea.com with your current contact information.
  • Call 907- 452-1151 or 1-800-770-4832 to speak to a Member Services Representative. Member Services Reps are available Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
  • Use the form on the back of the bill insert card (if you received one in the mail) and return it with your bill payment or drop in the drop box at our Member Service buildings in Fairbanks and Delta Junction.
