Every Friday from August 5, 2022 through January 27, 2023 Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) office hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
GVEA is in the process of implementing a new software system to improve member experiences. This will replace GVEA’s Customer Information System, our financial system and a number of member-facing applications and platforms. In addition to improving reliability, this software will also increase efficiency in employee training, site management and support, as well as reporting needs – all of which will ultimately save member money.
As we move forward with this new system, GVEA offices will close at 12 p.m. every Friday so personnel can attend required training sessions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
